I've got beer to brew!

3 Brewmaster's Warehouse Haus Pale Ales
1 Kolsch
1 Graff
1 braggot (if I can settle on a recipe)

Now I just have to clear a day to do my next brew!

if you want to keep more honey flavor in your final product, you can add the honey after the boil. this doesn't drive off the aromatics. If you're using plain 2-row, then you don't have to worry about DMS production as much as you would with Pilsner or Munich. I'm paranoid about Sanitization so I dump in the honey in the last 15 minutes.

I think the graff first.

I'll check out that braggot Brett.

I was looking at the Earl Grey here:

for the braggot, I made the crandaddy braggot in "Extreme Brewing" by Calagione and it came out brilliant. I have to admit that the month in primary, and the two months in secondary probably had something to do with it. but I converted the recipe to All grain using beertools since the book is extract based.
