The Buzz! MoreBeer's Customer Corner

It's tasting good out of the fermenter - clean, not buttery or corny, and crisp. I'm looking forward to it getting carbonated. We bottled on Wednesday night from 10-12 after the baby went to sleep and we had dinner. I seriously need to start thinking about kegging again.

heh. yup. I get annoyed by bottling now, but that's just because I have to sanitize them for filling with the beergun. :)
I'm trying to remember to bottle a six or twelve pack of each beer for competitions and sharing, but I end up drinking them so very fast.
